Copy Cat Kamala steals Trump’s idea for no taxes on tips, Trump firesback

Kamala Harris during a rally in Las Vegas, she introduced the idea of eliminating taxes on tips for service industry workers. Her supporters applauded, seemingly unaware that this proposal originally came from former President Donald Trump.

This move is especially ironic given the scarcity of concrete policy proposals in Harris’s campaign. Now, when she finally presents one, it turns out to be a policy that Trump has been advocating for.

Social media quickly lit up with reactions, highlighting the apparent appropriation of Trump’s idea. One user noted, “Kamala Harris just stole Trump’s ‘no tax on tips’ position. The press will now proclaim it an excellent idea.”

Others criticized Harris for lacking her own platform, with comments like, “Kamala’s first announced policy after securing the nomination is stealing Trump’s idea. Incredible.”

Trump himself responded to the situation, pointing out the irony of Harris adopting his proposal. He wrote, “Kamala Harris, whose “Honeymoon” period is ENDING, and is starting to get hammered in the Polls, just copied my NO TAXES ON TIPS Policy. The difference is, she won’t do it, she just wants it for Political Purposes! This was a TRUMP idea – She has no ideas, she can only steal from me. Remember, Kamala has proposed the LARGEST TAX INCREASE IN HISTORY – It won’t happen. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!!.”

Critics have called Harris’s move a transparent political calculation, suggesting that she is merely borrowing from Trump’s playbook in an attempt to gain votes. The question remains whether voters will see this as a smart strategy or just another instance of a politician lacking original ideas.
