InfoWars reporter brutally murdered outside his apartment in Austin

InfoWars reporter Jamie White was found murdered late Sunday night, and authorities are investigating his death as a homicide. He was pronounced dead after being transported to a local hospital.

Austin Police Department officers responded to a high-priority emergency call at approximately 11:57 p.m. in the 2300 block of Douglas Street.

Officers arrived within two minutes and discovered White with “obvious signs of trauma,” according to Austin Police Department Public Information Officer Leah Ratliff. Authorities have not yet disclosed the nature of his injuries or identified any suspects. This incident marks Austin’s eighth homicide of the year.

“This is still early in the investigation, and the homicide unit will release more information as they’re able,” Ratliff stated, as reported by CBS.

A statement from InfoWars founder Alex Jones confirmed White’s death, vowing that those responsible would be brought to justice. “Jamie’s tragic death will not be in vain, and those responsible for this senseless violence will be held accountable.” Jones also blamed “Soros-backed Austin, TX D.A. Jose Garza” for contributing to the environment that led to White’s murder.

White had been working late at the InfoWars studios on Sunday night before he was found at his home, located just a few miles from the studio. “Jamie loved to fight tyranny, loved to fight for freedom,” Jones said.

As authorities continue their investigation, no further details have been released regarding potential suspects or motives.

Jones has been vocal about his belief that policies enacted by progressive district attorneys have contributed to rising crime rates in cities like Austin. “When you see the Soros DAs in control of over 800 jurisdictions protecting serious narcotic and human trafficking gangs, and you see different federal agents warning violent gangs about upcoming ICE raids, you know we have a crisis. This defunding of the police and destabilization of society has all been deliberate,” Jones said on his show.

Jones also pointed to what he described as misleading statements from Austin’s mayor regarding police funding. “He did a press conference bragging about it,” Jones claimed.

Jones then turned his focus directly to Austin’s district attorney. “This is Jose Garza. He literally calls other city employees ‘comrades’ in Zoom meetings. He’s doing exactly what he was put in place by Soros to do. I lay all of this squarely at the feet of these DAs and the Soros crime syndicate,” Jones continued, also blaming the Democratic Party for policies he argues have made cities less safe.

“They’re the ones who have administratively cut the police force, prosecuted officers, and created an environment where law enforcement is hesitant to act. When you see major police shortages and declining officer quality, you shouldn’t be surprised by the rise in crime.”

Despite the challenges faced by Austin’s law enforcement, Jones acknowledged the police response time in White’s case. “Even though Austin is a war zone at night in many areas, the police were there in two minutes and got him to the hospital in just 15 or 20 minutes. He was pronounced dead there. That’s service. But you can’t do your job effectively when you don’t have enough people,” he added.

As the investigation unfolds, authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward. More updates will follow as officials continue gathering details about White’s tragic death.
