BREAKING: Pro-Palestine activists disrupt DNC Women’s Caucus — ‘stop killing women in Gaza’

At the Democratic National Convention on Tuesday, pro-Palestinian protesters disrupted events by entering the floor and loudly condemning the ongoing Israel-Hamas conflict. The group shouted slogans like “Stop killing women in Gaza,” with one woman waving a keffiyeh and others holding a pink sign that read “Free, free Palestine.”

The protesters were kept away from the stage and DNC attendees at the Women’s Caucus meeting, which included Kamala Harris’ running mate, Tim Walz, by fencing. Security guards eventually escorted the protesters out of the venue.

This incident follows another security breach on Monday evening when agitators broke through the barrier surrounding Chicago’s United Center, where the convention is being held. At least four people were arrested after the group removed sections of fencing and attempted to breach further into the convention area.

The convention on Monday night featured an address by Biden, who spoke about ongoing efforts to secure hostages, end the conflict in Gaza, and bring peace to the Middle East. Despite a change in the Democratic Party’s nominee, protest organizers declared their demonstrations against “Killer Kamala” would continue as planned.
