RFK Jr. says President Trump will announce many Democrats who are joining his campaign soon

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. appeared on Fox News on Sunday, where he discussed his recent endorsement of former President Donald Trump and hinted at more Democrats joining Trump’s campaign. Kennedy, who officially endorsed Trump on Friday, also confirmed that he plans to “campaign actively” for the former president.

Kennedy has been vocal in his support for Trump since his formal endorsement late last week. On Sunday morning, he took to X to share his thoughts on the “MAGA” slogan, offering a perspective that differs from the typical liberal view.

While some interpret “Make America Great Again” as a call to return to a time before civil rights, gay rights, and women’s rights, Kennedy presented a different interpretation. He described MAGA as representing an America filled with vitality, optimism, and a strong belief in its potential.

“‘Make America Great Again’ recalls a nation brimming with vitality, with a can-do spirit, with hope and a belief in itself. It was an America that was beginning to confront its darker shadows, could acknowledge the injustice in its past and present, yet at the same time could celebrate its successes,” Kennedy wrote.

He continued, “It was a nation of broad prosperity, the world’s most vibrant middle class, and an idealistic belief (though not consistently applied) in freedom, justice, and democracy. It was a nation that led the world in innovation, productivity, and technology. And it was the healthiest country in the world.”

Kennedy also shared that he has spoken with many Trump supporters, members of Trump’s inner circle, and Trump himself, and he believes that restoring this vision of America is their goal.

In a separate post, Kennedy shared an image of himself and Trump shaking hands, accompanied by the caption “MAHA,” which stands for “Make America Healthy Again.” This post highlighted Kennedy’s focus on health-related issues, particularly chronic illnesses among children.

Kennedy’s defense of “MAGA” comes shortly after he decided to drop out of the presidential race as a third-party candidate and endorse Trump. During his announcement in the battleground state of Arizona, Kennedy explained that he did not want to be a “spoiler” in key states and expressed his disillusionment with the Democratic Party. He emphasized his belief that Trump is the better candidate of the two major parties to lead the country.
