President Donald Trump delivered a strong warning on Tuesday to anyone considering protesting during his upcoming birthday military parade, scheduled for Saturday.
Speaking during a press briefing at the White House, the president stated that any demonstrations during the event “will be met with very heavy force.”

While Trump claimed he hadn’t yet been informed of any confirmed protest plans, he expressed concern that some opposition was likely. “These are people who hate our country,” he said, referring to potential demonstrators. “But we will not tolerate disruption during this patriotic celebration.”
The Trump birthday military parade is expected to feature a display of military personnel, equipment, and flyovers—a tradition reminiscent of events held during his previous administration. The event has already drawn criticism from civil liberties advocates and political opponents, many of whom question the use of military imagery for a personal celebration.
Although the White House has not released specific details on the security measures being put in place, sources familiar with the planning say local law enforcement and federal agencies are coordinating closely to ensure the event proceeds without incident. The president’s comments suggest a zero-tolerance policy for any form of civil disobedience near the parade route.
