Trump Returns Home After Assassination Attempt, Waves to the Camera (VIDEO)

On Saturday, during a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, President Trump survived an assassination attempt. The gunman shot Trump in the ear, resulting in minor injuries.

Trump returned home at 12:30 am, waving to supporters as he deplaned.

“Thank God Trump is okay,” tweeted Margo Martin, sharing a video of Trump’s return. “Strong and resilient. He will never stop fighting for America.”

During the rally, a Trump supporter was fatally shot, and two others were critically injured. In a shocking breach of security, the gunman climbed onto a nearby roof and fired at Trump from an elevated position.

“As the shots rang out, the Secret Service swiftly rushed Trump off the stage. Despite the chaos, Trump pumped his fist in the air and shouted, “Fight! Fight! Fight!” before being whisked away to a medical facility in an ambulance.”

“I want to thank The United States Secret Service, and all of Law Enforcement, for their rapid response to the shooting that just took place in Butler, Pennsylvania. Most importantly, I want to extend my condolences to the family of the person at the Rally who was killed, and also to the family of another person who was badly injured. It is incredible that such an act can take place in our Country. Nothing is known at this time about the shooter, who is now dead. I was shot with a bullet that pierced the upper part of my right ear. I knew immediately that something was wrong when I heard a whizzing sound, shots, and immediately felt the bullet ripping through the skin. Much bleeding took place, so I realized then what was happening. GOD BLESS AMERICA!”

Trump added on his Truth Social

Despite the attack, Trump remains steadfast in his commitment to fighting for America.
